The use of services provided by PR Resell establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and PR Resell will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

1. General

• By placing an order with PR Resell, you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
• We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. It is your responsibility to read and review the terms of service periodically to stay updated with any changes or future amendments.
• PR Resell rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
• PR Resell does not guarantee a delivery time for any services; therefore, PR Resell will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
• PR Resell strives to deliver services as expected by our re-sellers. In certain cases, we may need to change a service type if deemed necessary to complete an order.

 2. Service

• While PR Resell guarantees the PR services you pay for, we DO NOT guarantee that published articles will bring you specific leads or business, nor do we guarantee exposure.
• We aim to provide an author profile picture and full bio for our published articles. However, we cannot guarantee this for 100% of the publisher accounts.
• You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content, including nudity or materials not accepted or suitable for search engines or news publications, to the PR Resell site.
• In the event of an article takedown on any platform after publishing, due to the use of PR Resell services, our support staff or admin may not respond to queries or provide refunds. You, as the user, will be solely responsible for any such issues.
• Please ensure you submit the correct articles, as once an article is published, no changes, updates, or deletions are possible. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

 3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. You must use the balance within 90 days on orders from PR Resell.
• By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
• In the event of a dispute or chargeback filed after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and remove any work already delivered to you or your clients.
• Orders placed in PR Resell will not be refunded or canceled once they are placed. However, you will receive a refund credit to your PR Resell account if the order cannot be delivered.
• Any fraudulent activity, such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the immediate termination of your account, and no exceptions will be made.

Please be aware that these terms of service are in effect from the moment you created your account. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms, and your continued use of PR Resell's services implies your agreement to abide by them.
